At Gearshift Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items. Opened items may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items with broken seals (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs.
  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
